agencies and professional financial management organizations are 
posted here for your review and comment.  Each document will 
independently list an e-mail address to which you may send your 
comments back to the listed issuing agency or organization.  The 
effective comment period dates are also provided.  This method of 
providing public review comment is not intended to be a 
substitution for the formal review and comment cycle but rather 
an augmentation and expansion of existing channels of response 
and exposure.
